Premier Therapy.* Premium Platform.** Precise Relief.†
Abbott offers the only neuromodulation systems approved to stimulate a cluster of nerves called the dorsal root ganglion (or DRG). DRG stimulation expands the range of neurostimulation options you can offer, and allows you to treat patients with focal chronic intractable pain in specific anatomical locations such as the hand, foot, knee, hip and groin.
The Proclaim™ DRG implantable pulse generator (IPG) neurostimulation system sets a new standard of care for treating chronic intractable pain by providing clinically superior therapy*,1 in our technologically advanced Proclaim™ DRG platform.
Advanced neurostimulation technologies
The Proclaim DRG IPG offers patients advanced features for convenience and comfort, so they can stay focused on their lives and not their therapy.
Longer Battery Life***,2,3
The Proclaim DRG IPG neurostimulator features a battery life of 6.5 years at nominal settings, potentially reducing the number of procedures and replacement devices, and increasing the time between battery replacements.
Upgradable technology—only from Abbott—allows patients to benefit from our next advancement in chronic pain therapy without surgery. Patients will receive advances easily and painlessly through a simple software upgrade upon market approval.
